Candle Care

Our candles are made with natural soy wax so you may notice surface irregularities once they have been used. This is a totally normal condition and in no way hampers the functioning of the candle.

All of our candles are carefully crafted to ensure you get the best from them but here's a few tips to ensure the perfect burn:

Ensure the candle wick is trimmed to the height of 5mm before lighting each time and clear any debris from last burn.

Allow candle to burn 2-3 hours until the wax is molten to the edge of the tin. This will ensure an even melt and last longer

Do not burn candle for longer than 4 hours

Make sure you clear the wax of any debris before re-lighting

Always keep your candle on a heat-resistant and level surface

Do not leave a lit candle unattended, within a draught or close to soft furnishings

Keep children and pets safe by keeping them away from candles

Leave the candle to rest.

Do not try to move it as the tin and the wax will still be very hot.
